Unique to general FCAs, CR-BPS applies an integrated, whole systems thinking approach.  We understand that a laundry lists of projects doesn’t always address a Facility Management Team’s needs long term; thus we provide a highlighting of leverage points – how items A, B, C, D and E work together to over-deliver on benefits, and how F through Z are good too, but you can do them later.
