Principal in Charge and Owner

Nancy founded CR-BPS in 2008 with a vision of creating environmentally responsible, energy-efficient, and functionally capable spaces. A licensed architect with a rich diversity of architectural and project management experience, she brings a conceptual yet analytical approach, strong technical skills, and seamless coordination to any project.

Background

Nancy has worked with public and private clients and partners to provide professional design services, such as Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), high-performance design of new buildings and remodels, advanced building-science investigations, and energy-efficient projects. She has completed training for LEED Accreditation, Life Cycle Assessment, Energy and Daylight Modeling, Systematic Development of Informed Consent (SDIC), Citizen Participation by Objective (CPO), and the Technology of Participation (Group Facilitation Methods).

In every aspect of her work, Nancy is driven to improve the impact buildings have on the environment and create healthier places for people to live and work.
