Barrett Petfood Innovations, Brainerd and Little Falls Minnesota

Barrett Petfood Innovations (BPI) is a family owned and operated pet food intrusion company. BPI hired CR-BPS to complete a moisture and condensation forensic investigation of their warehouse building in Brainerd, Minnesota. Moisture was dripping from the metal building roof system and impacting the quality of their product.

Using the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) standards and tools, CR-BPS identified the source of water intrusion throughout the roof assembly and developed a plan to correct the problem.

CR-BPS also conducted visual commissioning services as part of an inspection for a building BPI purchased in Little Falls, Minnesota.
