As Vice President and Director of Building Science, Jim oversees building envelope commissioning, forensic investigation and energy analysis projects. He has a deep understanding of building enclosures and performs construction administration tasks for high-performance building projects.

Background

Since 1998, Jim’s work in building science has spanned municipal, commercial, and residential construction projects. With a natural mechanical ability and problem-solving mentality, Jim was inspired to learn and apply building-science principles to building-performance issues early on in his career. His ability to distill complex building-performance solutions empowers our clients to make informed decisions.
