This individual will be responsible for maintaining and expanding CR-BPS’s Building Science services through Forensics/Diagnostics and Energy Analysis & Commissioning. - Monitoring and Verification
- Client relationship management with new and existing clients
- Bachelor’s, Associates, or Technical degree in Building Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Additional Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
- HERS Rater
- BECx (Building Envelope Commissioner)
- LEED Accredited Professional
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the building science, architectural, or construction industry
- Demonstrated successful experience working with/for local, state, and/or federal governments
- Strong knowledge of CAD (REVIT, Sketchup or Autocad) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must work from, manage, and operate a personal office in Minnesota or Western Wisconsin
- Work collaboratively with a remote team in Minnesota and Wisconsin
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone/web/email/video conference for meetings, brainstorm sessions, project collaboration, project deliverables, mentorship, and check-ins with clients and team.
