Principal In Charge, Lead Architect
Nancy founded CR-BPS in 2008 to provide architectural and energy consulting services to clients in the public and private sector. A licensed architect with over 25 years of architectural and project management experience, Nancy brings strong technical skills, attention to detail, and seamless project coordination to her clients, guaranteeing problem-solving recommendations and strategies to inform long-term capital planning and budgets. Nancy has worked with public and private clients to provide professional design services, Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), Asset and Energy Management Programs (AEMP), high performance design of new buildings and remodels, advanced building science investigations, and energy efficiency projects. Nancy has successfully completed building evaluations and FCA projects for state and local government, tribal agencies, universities, and private clients. Passionate about sustainable design, Nancy is recognized for designing homes that balance function, beauty, and net zero capabilities.
Nancy holds a Masters of Architecture from Montana State University, Bozeman. She has completed training for LEED Accreditation, Life Cycle Assessment, Energy and Daylight Modeling, Systematic Development of Informed Consent (SDIC), Citizen Participation by Objective (CPO), and the Technology of Participation (Group Facilitation Methods). Additionally, Nancy is a member of several organizations, including American Institute of Architects (AIA), U.S. Green Building Council, International Facility Management Association, American Public Works Association, Passive House, Energy Services Coalition, and Urban Land Institute.
When not managing CR-BPS projects and people, Nancy is either planning an adventure for her vast circle of friends and family or heading to the wilderness to hike, bike, camp, canoe, ski, and be inspired by the wonders of our natural world.
