Agassiz Townhomes – Crookston, Minnesota

Building Science and Forensics, Energy and Enclosure Rating

CR-BPS was hired to conduct a complete energy and enclosure inspection of the Agassiz Townhomes in Crookston, Minnesota. Comprised of 30 townhomes in six buildings, this testing and verification was required to confirm that the townhomes meet the Minnesota Green Communities Energy Efficiency Requirements (i.e., Energy Star for Homes/Home Energy Rating System [HERS]). Our final evaluation included a HERS rating and the as-built testing and verification that is required by Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA).
