Bright Sky Apartments – Moorhead, Minnesota
Energy and Enclosure Inspection and Rating
CR-BPS was hired to conduct a complete energy and enclosure inspection of the Bright Sky Apartments in the city of Moorhead, Minnesota. A 43-unit building, this testing, and verification were required to confirm that the townhomes meet the Minnesota Green Communities Energy Efficiency Requirements (i.e., Energy Star for Homes/Home Energy Rating System [HERS]). Our final evaluation included a HERS rating and the as-built testing and verification that is required by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA).
