Facility & Site Asset Management Program
CR-BPS was hired by the City of Edina, Minnesota, to provide a city-wide Facility & Site Asset Management (FSAM) for its buildings and sites. This process required comprehensive facilities condition inspections, assessments, and energy audits of all City-owned buildings and sites, plus analysis and evaluation of the collected data to inform capital investment decisions. This program provides Edina with the ongoing data needed to develop yearly and 20-year capital plans and budgets, evaluate the implications (e.g., conditions, energy, financial) of rehabilitating existing facilities vs. designing new ones, and promote long-term efficiencies throughout the organization.
