Forensic Investigation

CR-BPS was hired by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to complete a forensic investigation of the Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC) in Chippewa Falls to evaluate and provide a solution for moisture and condensation problems. Using the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) standards and tools, CR-BPS identified the source of water intrusion throughout the building and developed a plan to correct the problem. The forensic investigation and plan to correct the moisture problems will inform strategic capital plans and budgets.
