Why do you love working here?

“I often say we are a small firm that does some pretty big things. We have such an amazing niche related to the work that we do. All of our services complement each other, and I don’t think there are many firms, regardless of size, that offer all of the services we do.”

What are you most passionate about outside the built environment?

“I’m passionate about traveling the world and being outdoors. I love spending time in the woods and looking for new adventures with my wife, Heather, and our two flat-coated retrievers, Ridge and Tasul. Anytime I can be on my gravel bike, mountain bike, or fat bike, I am in my happy place. We also have a small 40-acre hobby farm called Black Dog Farmstead, and we are working to create a regenerative net-zero energy farmstead.”
