As a BIM Specialist and Assessor, Kaija handles the architectural side of the facility assessment process and assists in the maintenance and utilization of our clients’ facility data. Kaija also manages utility data uploads and analysis for clients whose energy we track.
Background
After serving an AmeriCorps GreenCorps term with the City of Duluth, Kaija found CR-BPS—and a meaningful way to finally merge her love of data with her passion for environmental responsibility. She is experienced in developing electronic 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, allowing clients to easily track a building’s or site’s potential, barriers, and special needs.
