Energy and Enclosure Inspection and Rating

CR-BPS was hired to conduct a complete energy and enclosure inspection at Bright Sky Apartments in Moorhead, Minnesota. The 43-unit building required testing and verification to confirm that the townhomes met Minnesota Green Communities Energy Efficiency Requirements, including Energy Star for Homes and the Home Energy Rating System (HERS).
Energy Efficiency Testing and Verification
CR-BPS's final evaluation included a HERS rating and the as-built testing and verification required by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA).
This assessment helped verify the building's compliance with the applicable energy efficiency requirements for the development.
